Google Firebase
Used for push notification delivery to our staff application. Customer data is not directly shared with Firebase.
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Used for secure cloud storage of device images, documents, and generated PDFs. Data is stored in servers located in India (ap-south-2 region).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
4. Data Storage & Security
- Your data is stored in secure, encrypted databases hosted on cloud infrastructure.
- Passwords are hashed using industry-standard encryption (bcrypt).
- Access to customer data is restricted to authorised staff on a need-to-know basis.
